2 years agoDenny Hamlin seemed to have a plan to lay back in the field during his qualifying heat on Saturday. Will that help for Sunday at the Food City Dirt Race? The Bristol track is unforgiving enough. At least conditions will be dry. Last year, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver lost his engine early but the year before he finished third. His No. 11 car was pretty consistent then (third in Stage 1, 2, and finish).
