2 years agoNew York Yankees third baseman Josh Donaldson (hamstring) is expected to be placed on the 10-day injured list, according to manager Aaron Boone. The 37-year-old was pulled from Wednesday's game due to right hamstring tightness. At first, the Yankees didn't believe it was serious, but it sounds like they've changed their mind. They don't want to take any risks this early in the season. That being said, Donaldson is likely to miss a week or two of action.
