2 years agoLos Angeles Angels top infield prospect Zach Neto will start the season in Double-A Rocket City. The 2022 13th overall pick finished spring training with an .828 OPS over 23 at-bats. Though he has yet to serve an entire season in the minors, Neto may be on the fast track to the big leagues. His estimated arrival time in the majors is 2024, but seeing the Angels call on him at some point this season would not be surprising. Neto brings 60-grade hitting, and his positional flexibility allows him to slot in at either shortstop or second base – areas the Angels lack in depth.--Kevin Hickey - RotoBaller
