Bryce Johnson Likely To Make Opening Day Roster
2 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Bryce Johnson has a great shot at making the Opening Day roster, according to Giants president of baseball operations Farhan Zaidi. The 27-year-old has looked excellent this spring and earned a spot on this team. He's hitting .361 with a league-leading 11 steals in 12 games this spring. Johnson only played in 11 games with the Giants last season. However, he stole 31 bases in 94 games Triple-A Sacramento in 2022. His speed is going to be his bigger asset, which gives him appeal in deep mixed leagues and NL-only formats.
