Kyzir White Signs Two-Year Deal With Cardinals
2 years agoFree-agent linebacker Kyzir White signed a two-year, $11 million maximum deal with the Arizona Cardinals on Tuesday, according to sources. White played a crucial role for the Philadelphia Eagles defense last year, totaling 110 tackles, seven passes defensed and three tackles for loss in 17 regular season games (eight starts). He also had 1.5 sacks. The 26-year-old is on the rise after back-to-back seasons of 100-plus tackles with the Eagles and Los Angeles Chargers. White should see regular playing time in a Cardinals linebacking group that also includes talented playmakers Zaven Collins and Isaiah Simmons. He doesn't have a ton of upside because of his lack of sacks, but White can be useful as an IDP streamer at the position.
