2 years agoAustin Dillon thought he might have a faster car at Phoenix for Sunday. That was not the case as Dillon's No. 3 Chevy begins in 30th place. The Richard Childress Racing driver could not the same speed out of corners as Kyle Busch (who ended up 8th in qualifying). Dillon has two top-ten results on the mile-long track (8th in 2018, 9th in 2016). Even positive place differential could be a challenge for Dillon. Passing is not always so easy at Phoenix and worse, Dillon may be too far back to get into cleaner air. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
