Orioles Impressed With Jackson Holliday At Spring Camp
2 years agoBaltimore Orioles manager Brandon Hyde said Tuesday that he has "been so impressed watching" second base/shortstop prospect Jackson Holliday at the start of spring training. Despite being just 19 years old, the O's No. 1 overall pick in 2022 received a non-roster invite to camp. He is several years away from joining the O's, but the fact that they are already giving him the opportunity to participate is exciting for fantasy managers in dynasty leagues. Hyde is planning to insert Holliday into some Grapefruit League action before he is reassigned to Minor League camp. Holliday is not relevant in redraft leagues at this time, but he is one of the top names to keep in mind for keeper and dynasty leagues.
