Calgary Flames defenseman Rasmus Andersson (undisclosed) appears on track to return to the lineup Thursday versus Detroit, with doctors clearing him for action. The Swedish rearguard was hit by a car when riding a scooter last week and he has missed the last three games. Before being knocked out of the lineup by a freak accident, Andersson had a proud record of having played in 323 consecutive regular-season games. He has skated in 51 games this season, registering seven goals and 27 assists with 111 shots on net, 40 hits and 89 blocks.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
