Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Rondale Moore was an exciting prospect coming out of Purdue in the 2021 NFL Draft, but he's dealt with a ton of injury woes during his first two seasons as a pro.
The speedy wideout missed three games in his rookie season before missing nine games in his sophomore campaign, including the Cardinals' final six games. That said, his availability is a major concern.
Will Moore be ready for training camp ahead of the 2023 season and what is his fantasy outlook in year 3? Let's dive in.

Rondale Moore Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Moore (groin) revealed that he underwent surgery to repair both sides of his groin for a sports hernia. The 22-year-old also had his mangled pinky finger surgically repaired. Moore suited up for just eight games this season before being placed on Injured Reserve in December.
Ultimately, it seems like he should be ready to go for training camp, but this is a situation worth monitoring as the offseason progresses.
Rondale Moore 2023 Fantasy Outlook
If Moore can stay healthy (big if), he should be back on the fantasy football radar, at least in PPR leagues. Superstar wideout DeAndre Hopkins is reportedly on the trade block as the team prepares for a rebuild under new general manager Monti Ossenfort and new head coach Jonathan Gannon.
If Hopkins is traded, Moore should have plenty of opportunities to earn targets alongside Marquise "Hollywood" Brown. However, Kyler Murray (torn ACL) could miss the early part of the 2023 season as Arizona would to wise not to rush him back. That said, we'll have to wait and see if the Cardinals bring in a formidable bridge quarterback like Jacoby Brissett.
That said, Moore should be at least a top-three pass-catching option if Hopkins is gone, so he'll at very least be a factor in deep leagues. While he's failed to truly break out, he's flashed his upside at times and finished the 2022 campaign with 41 catches for 414 yards. All things considered, that's not a bad stat line for just eight games.
