New York Rangers right wing Vladimir Tarasenko made a scoring debut for the team on Friday, setting the Blueshirts on their way to a 6-3 win over Seattle with an early goal. He became the fourth player in Rangers history to score inside the first three minutes in his team debut. Tarasenko finished the blowout win with only 13:58 of ice time, but he still made his presence felt in many ways, registering two shots, two blocks and a hit with a plus-one rating. Jimmy Vesey played next to Mika Zibanejad and Artemi Panarin in the previous game, so getting Tarasenko in is a huge upgrade for the Rangers. He's off to a perfect start at his new club and should have a very fruitful period until the end of the season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
