2 years agoAtlanta Falcons quarterback Desmond Ridder received some encouragement as team owner Arthur Blank said that they were "very excited" for the young prospect going into his second year. He only appeared in four games during his rookie season, but the team went 2-2 while he posted a stat line of 708 yards on 73-for-115 pass attempts with two touchdowns, no interceptions, and three fumbles. Ridder also was able to get a fourth-quarter comeback and game-winning drive under his best in that short amount of time.
