DraftKings College Basketball DFS Lineup Picks for 2/4/23 - CBB Daily Fantasy Advice

CBB DFS lineup picks DraftKings NCAA daily college fantasy basketball

Today's DraftKings college basketball DFS lineup picks for 2/4/23. Mike Marteny's CBB daily fantasy advice and lineup sleepers to help you win on DraftKings.

As per usual, we have a loaded Saturday on our hands. This piece will concentrate on the early (main) slate. For the afternoon, forward is loaded, so seek out those value guards from Arkansas and the Indiana-Purdue game. On the night slate, I probably won't pay up for Tshiebwe. Not when Toppin is providing almost the same numbers for $2500 less. Washington guards allow you to afford Arizona bigs.

We open this with Michigan State heading to Piscataway. UConn heads down to D.C. to take on the Joyas. Kansas is in for some Hilton Magic in Ames. Central Florida heads up to the Queen City to take on the Bearcats. We start the afternoon with Ole Miss in Nashville to take on Vandy, who got ravaged by Bama earlier this week. Wake heads to South Bend to take on the Irish. Texas Tech heads to Waco to take on Baylor. An hour later, we have Auburn up in Knoxville to take on the Vols. Butler heads up to Milwaukee to take on Marquette. TCU heads to Stillwater to take on the Pokes. We close this out with Illinois in Iowa City. This is going to be a fun one!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 2/4/23, starting at 6:30 pm Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards

Landers Nolley, Cincinnati ($8,600)

No one is priced as elite amongst guards today, but that doesn't mean there aren't good plays. Nolley has at least 25 DraftKings points against everyone but Houston, a top five team, since December 14. Nolley does a little bit of everything and even put up 38.5 DraftKings points in the second meeting against Houston, in Houston no less, in that span. I trust the volume and peripherals of Nolley for a dangerous Cincinnati team.

Tyler Kolek, Marquette ($8,200)

Kolek continues to put up massive numbers for the Eagles, even with Kam Moore back in the lineup. He has scored at least 20 points in three of the last five games, putting up 19 against Providence in another one of those. Even in the clunker against Seton Hall a fortnight ago, Kolek did enough off the ball to still put up a good stat line. The great shooting won't last forever, but it should keep up against Butler. Even if it doesn't, Kolek's floor is higher than most.

Shahada Wells, TCU ($6,300)

DK isn't asleep at the wheel this time. Wells' price jumped $2,200 from Tuesday until this game. It is warranted though. The days of getting the big discount on Wells are over, but I'm not convinced that we should stop playing him. Mike Mills is still out, and with it is a whole bunch of production. Wells has filled that void nicely, racking up 49 points in the last four games. He's getting good assist numbers, playing good defense, and has even proven to be a capable rebounder. I trust Wells at this price as long as he's starting.

T.J. Caldwell, Mississippi ($3,900)

Matt Murrell is dealing with a knee injury and Daeshun Ruffin is out for personal reasons, so we should see Caldwell get another start. It's good for Ruffin to take time away from the game to get right mentally. I like that it has become acceptable for people to admit that their mind isn't right and be able to take a break and get help without being ostracized. That does open up things for Caldwell, who has 38.25 DraftKings points in 63 minutes over the last two games. He's not going to break a slate, but he will get us nice value.

Also consider: Tyree Appleby, Wake Forest ($8,700); Zakai Zeigler, Tennessee ($7,700); LJ Cryer, Baylor ($6,900); Cormac Ryan, Notre Dame ($6,400); Jeremiah Davenport, Cincinnati ($6,100); Connor McCaffery, Iowa ($6,000); JJ Starling, Notre Dame ($5,600); Woody Newton, Oklahoma State ($5,300); Isaac McKneely, Virginia ($4,500)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards

Jalen Wilson, Kansas ($9,700)

No one has carried the Jayhawks like this since Danny Manning. Wilson has scored at least 20 points in five straight and hasn't been under 30 DraftKings points in six weeks. He is doing everything for the Jayhawks right now. His floor is as good as anyone, and he racked up 38.75 DraftKings points in the first game against the Cyclones, who were the last team to hold him under 20.

Liam Robbins, Vanderbilt ($6,900)

Robbins played just 15 minutes in his return thanks to Vandy losing by 57 points to Bama on Tuesday. No, I didn't fat-finger that. Vanderbilt got more than double-skunked by the Tide, but Robbins still put up 17.25 DraftKings points in 15 minutes. He was the lone bright spot for the 'Dores and should be good to go against Ole Miss for a team that really wants to wash away the stink of Tuesday.

Moussa Cisse, Oklahoma State ($5,500)

Cisse's ankle injury feels like the distant past now. He looked good, albeit in limited minutes, against Oklahoma on Wednesday. Cisse put up 18 points in 18 minutes while piling up 27.25 DraftKings points in the process. Cisse is just cheap enough to take the chance on. He was consistently putting up those numbers similar to Tuesday in the first six weeks of the season. He should get back to that in short order.

Robert Allen, Mississippi ($3,500)

The Rebels had nothing to lose against Kentucky and they finally played like it. Allen was put into the starting lineup against Kentucky and responded with 21.25 DraftKings points in 23 minutes. Considering how well Allen and the team as a whole played, I would be surprised to see Ole Miss shake up the lineup again. We should get Allen starting on the cheap.

Also consider: Johni Broome, Auburn ($8,800); Clifford Omoruyi, Rutgers ($8,000); Taylor Hendricks, Central Florida ($7,900); Kevin Obanor, Texas Tech ($7,200); Jalen Bridges, Baylor ($6,700); Kalib Boone, Oklahoma State ($6,300); Mawot Mag, Rutgers ($5,600); Jakobe Coles, TCU ($5,300); Xavier Cork, TCU ($4,300); Dylan Cardwell, Auburn ($3,800)
