Kurt Kitayama Searching For Form
2 years agoKurt Kitayama heads to this week's AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am on the heels of a missed cut at the Farmers Insurance Open. Coupled with a T73 at the Sony Open, it marked Kitayama's second disappointing outing of 2023. He's now lost a combined 10 strokes total over his pair of starts this calendar year. The 30-year-old will look to find some semblance of form this week at Pebble Beach. He managed a T18 in the 2020 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am but missed the cut in his most recent trip to the Monterey Peninsula last year. Kitayama flashed upside potential with three runner-up finishes in 2022, though he's yet to replicate that form this year. He should be considered a risky fantasy play on this slate.
