De'Aaron Fox Leads Kings With 32 Points
2 years agoSacramento Kings point guard De'Aaron Fox led his squad with 32 points as the team beat Minnesota 118-111 in overtime on Monday. The Kings were in trouble when Domantas Sabonis fouled out near the end of regulation, but Fox and Trey Lyles, who scored six of his 11 points in the extra frame, were able to guide the team to victory. Fox finished with 13-for-27 shooting from the field and had two makes from downtown with four attempts, adding five rebounds, four assists, two steals and one block to his tally. This was a nice matchup for Fox, with the Timberwolves giving up the third-most points in the league to opposing points guards, and he gets another good spot to perform on Wednesday versus the Spurs, who are allowing the sixth-most points per 48 minutes to point guards.
