Baltimore Ravens franchise quarterback Lamar Jackson has not played a snap since Week 13 against Denver, when he injured his PCL and failed to get back onto the field by the playoffs.
After reportedly turning down $133 million fully guaranteed last offseason, Jackson will head into free agency with hopes to get paid.
Will the superstar remain in Baltimore, or will Jackson don a new uniform in 2023?

Is Lamar Jackson A Free Agent In 2023?
After ongoing negotiations with Baltimore in contract extension talks a season ago, Lamar Jackson and the Ravens failed to get a deal done.
This means that his contract is set to expire this upcoming offseason and the quarterback will be an unrestricted free agent, meaning he may negotiate a contract with any of the 32 NFL teams.
Jackson knows that there are a plethora of teams who would be willing to pay for his services, and will be sure to leverage that in getting the contract he not only wants but deserves after being one of the most electrifying quarterbacks in the league over the course of his time as a starter.
Which Team Will Sign Lamar Jackson This Offseason?
Reports have been back-and-forth on the status of Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens’ future together.
Baltimore GM Eric DeCosta continues to dodge questions on the potential of a sign-and-trade, and claims that he is “200%” committed to Jackson as the quarterback of the Ravens.
Media speculation has gone to both extremes, with reports saying that Jackson is the Ravens’ quarterback of the future and also saying that there is no way he gets the contract he is searching for from Baltimore.
Jackson could definitely return to Baltimore in 2023 if the two sides are able to hammer out a deal, but could just as easily end up elsewhere.
While there are a number of teams that have a clear need at quarterback, who’s to say a team that doesn’t necessarily need a quarterback at this time doesn’t offload their current signal-caller and bring in Jackson?
Would it be that farfetched for Jerry Jones to find a way to trade Dak Prescott and to sign Lamar Jackson?
It is far too early to begin speculating about where Jackson could end up in 2023, but a number of teams and fans already have their eyes set on the superstar. Jackson’s landing spot will make the 2023 offseason extremely fascinating to follow.
