Mitchell Robinson To Be Sidelined For At Least Three Weeks
2 years agoNew York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson (thumb) underwent successful surgery on Thursday on his fractured right thumb and will be re-evaluated in three weeks. The sixth-year big man has already missed an eight-game stretch with an injury and it looks as though he'll miss at least the next 10 or 11 games over the coming weeks. He's been plagued with a handful of injuries every season that usually keeps him from playing 70 games each year except last season. While he's out, Jericho Sims will see more opportunities, and Isaiah Hartenstein may see the starting five.
