Gerald Everett Tops 100 Yards In Playoff Loss
2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett finished with six receptions for 109 yards and a touchdown on eight targets in the team's 31-30 Wild-Card loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Everett was on the receiving end of Justin Herbert's first career postseason touchdown that gave Los Angeles a 24-0 lead in the second quarter. He was utilized frequently in the absence of Mike Williams (back) and recorded the most receiving yards of the contest. The 28-year-old signed a two-year deal with the Chargers last offseason, and after posting career-best numbers this year, will hope to build upon his success in 2023.
