Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans did not play against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 18, so DFS gamers and postseason fantasy managers are wondering whether he'll play in the first round of the NFL playoffs.
Evans delivered an all-time fantasy championship round performance in Week 17, so he's clearly still a high-end fantasy asset with a ceiling that rivals any wideout in the NFL.
What is Evans' injury status and will he play against the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card round? Let's find out.

Mike Evans Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Despite not appearing on the injury report, Evans didn't play during the Week 18 matchup against the Falcons. The superstar wideout sat out as did a majority of the starters as the team already clinched the 4th-seed in the playoffs.
That said, there's no concern about his availability against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night. Unless something unexpected happens, he'll suit up and carry plenty of fantasy intrigue.
Mike Evans Wild Card Fantasy Outlook
Since we saw Evans deliver a 10 catch, 207 yards, and three touchdowns performance in Week 17, he has to be considered a top option for DFS and postseason playoff leagues. DFS contests are all about reaching ceiling outcomes to take the top prize in contests, so Evans is up there with the elite options without costing an arm and a leg.
Evans should operate as the primary deep threat in the Wild-Card game against the Cowboys. Through 15 games, Evans finished with 77 receptions, 1,124 yards, and six touchdowns this season. Those six scores were his lowest total since the 2017 campaign. However, the receptions and yardage remained solid for Evans.
There were times he looked to be done as a strong fantasy asset, but when it matters most, betting on Tom Brady and his solid cast of wide receivers is a smart bet. Dallas allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to wide receivers in 2022, and we know Brady is going to be a high-volume passer as he was all season long.
