Nathan Peterman Throws One Touchdown In Season Finale
2 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Nathan Peterman completed 11 of his 19 passes for 114 yards and a touchdown in his team's 29-13 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 18. With Justin Fields ruled out before the game started, Chicago turned to Peterman as their starter in the season finale. Peterman played mistake-free football and found Cole Kmet for an 11-yard touchdown in the third quarter. The veteran backup quarterback wound up appearing in three games for the Bears in 2022, throwing for 139 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. Peterman is now an unrestricted free-agent.
