Jamaal Williams Rushes For Two Touchdowns In Win
2 years agoDetroit Lions running back Jamaal Williams rushed 16 times for 72 yards and two rushing touchdowns in the 20-16 win over the Green Bay Packers in Week 18. Williams broke Barry Sanders' Lions' record for rushing touchdowns in a season, totaling 17 rushing scores on the season. Williams slowed down in the late part of the season but bounced back in the last two games when it mattered most. Williams is a free agent this off-season so it'll be interesting to see if the Lions bring him back in 2023. It might seem like a no-brainer, but Williams will be 28 years old when the season begins, and the Lions are in the midst of a youth movement.
