Zay Jones Tallies Only 21 Receiving Yards In Week 18 Victory
2 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones caught four of his six targets for 21 yards in Saturday's narrow win over the Tennessee Titans. The 27-year-old wide receiver should have had an easy touchdown grab on Saturday, but Trevor Lawrence sailed the ball through the end zone while he was wide open. Nevertheless, in his first year with the Jaguars, the former second-round pick set new career-best marks in receptions (82) and receiving yards (823) this season. While Christian Kirk is viewed as the No. 1 option in the passing game, Jones should continue operating as the No. 2 option for the Jaguars in the postseason.
