2 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks has had an inconsistent 2022-23 season, and he hasn't had more than five receptions since way back in Week 4. While he's the most talented receiver on this Texans team, his upside has been capped by the poor play of this offense as a whole. With fantasy championships on the line this week, Cooks rates as a desperation WR4 play. He should get a decent number of targets, but he's really struggled to do much with those targets this season.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
