2 years agoLA Clippers power forward/center Nicolas Batum (ankle) has been ruled out for Friday's game against Minnesota due to a sprained left ankle, marking his second consecutive absence. While Batum has been an integral role player for the Clippers, he has averaged just 4.9 field-goal attempts per contest this season, leaving him on the periphery of season-long relevance. Without him in the mix, Robert Covington should see a larger role with the second unit and could be a viable low-cost DFS option for as long as Batum remains sidelined.--Jesse Borek
