Philadelphia Eagles fourth-year running back Miles Sanders has enjoyed a great season in one of the most efficient offenses in the NFL after being a value selection in fantasy drafts this past draft season.
Despite the strong season overall, Sanders has put up underwhelming numbers over the past three weeks. He has failed to find the end zone or to top 65 yards rushing.
On top of poor play, Sanders is dealing with a knee injury that allowed fellow backs Boston Scott and Kenneth Gainwell to see a bit more action than usual last Sunday against New Orleans. Is the knee injury going to hold Sanders back, or will he be good to go at full strength in Week 18?

Miles Sanders Injury News
Update 1/6, 4:18 PM - Miles Sanders (knee) was removed from the injury report on Friday. He will be good to go on Sunday against the Giants.
Miles Sanders was limited in practice on Thursday with his knee issue.
Sanders dealt with the injury last week and played through, carrying the ball 12 times for 61 yards against a tough New Orleans defensive front. Sanders played a season-low 40% of snaps in the loss, still pacing the Eagles’ backfield.
Is Miles Sanders Injured or Playing in Week 18?
While Sanders has yet to log a full practice this week, the fact that he is practicing in a limited capacity is a good sign. Last week he logged a DNP/LP/FP en route to playing against New Orleans.
The Eagles need a win to lock up the division and a first-round bye, so they will want to have all hands on deck as they face the New York Giants on Sunday.
The Giants are rumored to be resting their starters, as they have already locked up an NFC Wild Card spot.
Sanders carried the ball 17 times for 144 yards and two touchdowns against the Giants’ first-team defense in Week 14. As long as he is good to go for Sunday, which he likely will be, he can be safely inserted into lineups against a Giants defense that will likely be missing key starters.
