Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has had an up-and-down 2022 season. The superstar quarterback was the QB5 before suffering a knee injury in Week 13.
Over the first three weeks this season, the former first-round pick had 10 passing touchdowns and only two interceptions. Jackson also had 243 yards and two touchdowns on the ground during that span. He was the QB1 over the first three weeks, averaging 34.8 fantasy points per game.
However, his play regressed after the strong start. The superstar quarterback totaled only seven passing touchdowns and 17.2 fantasy points per game over the previous eight contests before getting hurt in Week 13 against the Denver Broncos.

Is Lamar Jackson Healthy Or Injured?
Unfortunately, Jackson hasn’t played since he suffered a sprained PCL against the Broncos. The injury was supposed to keep the superstar quarterback sidelined for only a couple of weeks. However, he hasn’t practiced since suffering the injury 31 days ago.
Fantasy players should expect Jackson to miss the Week 18 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Ravens have already locked up a playoff spot and will want to be sure the franchise quarterback is ready for the postseason.
While the team has a chance to secure the division title with a win over the Bengals, that isn’t a guarantee. Depending on how the league handles the Week 17 matchup between the Buffalo Bills and Bengals, the Ravens might already be eliminated from winning the AFC North title.
Should I Start Tyler Huntley If Lamar Jackson Is Out?
Over the past four weeks, Huntley has started for the injured Jackson. However, he hasn’t played well for fantasy players. The backup quarterback has averaged only 8.6 fantasy points per game over the past month, scoring 9.6 or fewer fantasy points three times.
Instead of starting Huntley this week, fantasy players should add and start Jarrett Stidham. The Las Vegas Raiders quarterback is available in over 99% of ESPN leagues.
Last week Stidham made his first start of the year, throwing for 365 passing yards and three passing touchdowns. Furthermore, he and Patrick Mahomes are the only two quarterbacks with three or more passing touchdowns against the San Francisco 49ers this season.
Meanwhile, Stidham faces the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday. They have surrendered 19.9 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season, one of the highest averages in the league.
