2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Elijah Mitchell (knee) participated in the team's practice on Wednesday after being designated to return from Injured Reserve. Mitchell has not suited up since suffering a sprained MCL in Week 12. It's currently unknown if the 24-year-old will be activated in time to play this Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals, but it is a good sign that he will likely make an impact during San Francisco's playoff run. With Christian McCaffrey (ankle) dealing with an ankle injury, the 49ers could use reliable depth in Mitchell alongside Tyrion Davis-Price and Jordan Mason.--Jorden Hill - RotoBaller
