2 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves small forward Taurean Prince (shoulder) is on track to take the floor for Wednesday's contest against Portland, marking his first in-game action since Nov. 23. Right shoulder irritation has sidetracked Prince's season, which began with him averaging 7.9 points and 2.5 rebounds across 18 contests off the bench. As Minnesota remains without Karl-Anthony Towns (calf) for the time being, Prince stands to give the team a boost in the frontcourt, although he likely remains on the outside looking in of season-long fantasy relevance for the time being. Kyle Anderson and Jaden McDaniels figure to continue seeing the lion's share of minutes at the forward spots moving forward.--Jesse Borek
