Curtis Samuel Does Almost Nothing Against Cleveland
2 years agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel caught one-of-two targets for six yards in Sunday's loss to the Cleveland Browns. With Carson Wentz returning to quarterback this offense, many thought that there would be a revival for Samuel, who had a strong connection with the former starter early in the season. Unfortunately, that thought completely fell flat as the sixth-year pro put up his worst yardage total of the season. Maybe the 26-year-old rebounds in Week 18, but with Washington eliminated from the playoffs, we'll have to wait till next season for more meaningful performances from Samuel.
