Deshaun Watson Runs For A TD In Week 16
2 years agoCleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson completed 15 of his 31 passes for 135 yards and an interception while adding 24 yards and a touchdown on three carries in a 17-10 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 16. Watson found the end zone on a 12-yard run early in the second quarter but the offense mostly struggled after that. His interception gave the Saints excellent field position at the Cleveland 15-yard line, a possession that they turned into an Alvin Kamara touchdown run. Watson should have had a touchdown pass in the contest but a wide-open Amari Cooper slipped in the end zone and couldn't secure the ball. Watson has yet to score more than one touchdown in any of his four games as Cleveland's starting quarterback. He will be a QB2 in Week 17 against the Washington Commanders.
