Allen Lazard Tough To Trust In Week 16
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard will travel to Miami to face the Dolphins in Week 16. The 27-year-old has been on a steady decline for fantasy purposes since Week 9, failing to finish higher than WR34 and finishing outside the top 36 three times. Last week was his worst fantasy outing of the season, as he was targeted only two times and caught one pass for seven yards. The emergence of rookie Christian Watson has put a dent in Lazard's fantasy value, but now rookie Romeo Doubs' return has hurt him even more. The fifth-year receiver has been relegated to the No. 3 option in the passing game and is too tough to trust against a Miami defense that has allowed the fourth-fewest touchdowns to the wide receiver position this season. Lazard is better left on the bench this week in favor of a better option.
