Is Nick Chubb Hurt Or Healthy?
It's been another year of terrific production from the often-underrated Browns RB Nick Chubb. The four-time Pro Bowler currently stands third in the NFL with 1,252 rushing yards and is tied for second at the RB position with 12 rushing TDs.
The durable Georgia product has suited up in all 14 of Cleveland's games in 2022 but has been dealing with a foot injury as of late. Chubb gave his fantasy managers a legit scare when he missed two practice sessions earlier this week with the issue. Fortunately, he was able to return to practice on Thursday and is expected to be a full go in Week 16 against the New Orleans Saints.
Nick Chubb Fantasy Football Outlook for Week 16
It's no surprise that Chubb has continued to do what he always does in 2022, which is quietly being one of the best running backs in the NFL and producing rock-solid fantasy numbers.
Chubb takes a lot of heat for his lack of production in the passing game, yet he still currently stands as the overall fantasy RB6 in PPR formats and the RB4 in standard scoring.
He's a must-start RB1 fantasy option in Week 16 against the New Orleans Saints. Once a feared run-stopping unit, the Saints have been just middling against the run this year. Chubb should see plenty of carries in this Christmas Eve clash, in a game that could feature some nasty Cleveland weather conditions.
