Malik Beasley is worth considering as a fantasy basketball waiver wire pickup heading into Week 10 of the 2022-23 NBA season.

ANALYSIS: Three games started, three games coming off the pine, six games overall in the past 11 days, and a freakish 28 3-point shots scored. Seriously. That's Malik Beasley right there for you. Beasley was a known heater off the pine, a preternatural three-point-shot banger, but this is just an entirely different level.

Beasley has torched the league from beyond the arc in the last 10 days starting on Dec. 7 against the Warriors and wrapping up this week with another heater against Milwaukee on Saturday. The averages in this span (32 MPG): 19+ PPG, 3+ RPG, 1.5+ APG, and a jalapeno-spicy 4.5+ 3PM per game. Jesus Christ.

From Dec. 7 through Saturday, Beasley has hit the third-most 3-point shots in the NBA. Only Tyler Herro (33) and Dame (38) have scored more, though they have done so by playing many more minutes than Malik and attempting 64 (same as Beasley) and 80 three-point shots, respectively.

Beasley offers some more stuff even though his role in Utah is clear and won't change any time soon. Beasley hoists a lot of shots and doesn't turn the ball over that much, so the usage rate is reasonably high (23%+) for someone with his profile, but all of those possessions tend to be positive.

He has some upside on the rebounding front and somehow keeps up great shooting percentages while launching 12+ shots a pop. The dimes are low, and so are the steals (though he has random explosions on that cat with 2+ thefts here and there).
