The Houston Texans have struggled to put up points this season, and it hasn't helped that their top receiving options have been in and out of the lineup with injuries. If your fantasy team is dealing with injuries of its own, you may be considering adding wide receiver Chris Moore after a huge performance last week.
Before you plug Moore in your starting lineup though, it's important to be up-to-date on the availability of Houston's other starting wideouts. Nico Collins, specifically, has been effective when healthy but was inactive for Moore's career-best outing in Week 14.
So, is Nico Collins playing in Week 15? How should his status impact Chris Moore and your decision to add and possibly start him? Let's take a look.

Is Nico Collins Playing In Week 15 Against the Chiefs?
Collins really started to get things going between Weeks 10 and 13 as he averaged nine targets and over 12 PPR fantasy points per game in that span. He also found the end zone twice in those four games but went down in Week 13 with a foot injury that forced him to miss last week's contest against the Dallas Cowboys.
Unfortunately, Collins was unable to return to the practice field in any capacity this week, which put his status for Sunday in serious doubt. The 23-year-old was officially ruled out by Houston on Friday.
His absence cleared the way for Moore to shine last week, so should we expect the same results this week? When you take into account the other Texans that are inactive for Week 15, the answer becomes even more obvious.
Texans ruled out RB Dameon Pierce, WR Brandin Cooks, WR Nico Collins and CB Derek Stingley Jr. for Sunday’s game vs. the Chiefs.

Should I Pick Up and Start Chris Moore In Week 15?
Veteran wideout Brandin Cooks was out in both Weeks 13 and 14 and will now miss a third consecutive contest. Rookie running back Dameon Pierce will miss the first game of his young career with an ankle injury.
Facing the Kansas City Chiefs without their starting running back, the Texans will be forced to throw the ball, and Moore should be the primary beneficiary. Of course, he must catch passes from Davis Mills and possibly Jeff Driskel, neither of whom inspire much confidence, but the matchup does. Kansas City surrenders over 235 passing yards per game and the fourth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.
Against a much more difficult opponent in the Cowboys last week, Moore posted a career-best 10 receptions for 124 yards on 11 targets while playing on 80 percent of the Texans' offensive snaps.
As previously alluded to, Houston's offense is far from prolific and averages just over 16 points per game, so don't go too crazy and bench a known commodity for Moore in the fantasy playoffs. If you're in need of a WR3 or flex option that should see plenty of opportunities, though, Moore is a perfect pick-up-and-play target this week.
