2 years agoDenver Nuggets small forward Michael Porter Jr. (heel) was able to shoot and do light work during Monday's practice, per Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post, but he will miss Wednesday's contest against Washington, marking a 10th consecutive absence. Bruce Brown has primarily taken over Porter's role on the wing and among the starting five, giving him some short-term season-long value as he has averaged 12.6 points per game across an average of 33 minutes per night as a starter. Porter has impressed offensively when available this year, particularly from behind the arc, as he has knocked down 2.9 threes per game while shooting at a 42.7 percent clip from deep. With Denver mum about when a potential return could come, fantasy managers will want to check back for word as it becomes available.--Jesse Borek
