Washington Capitals defenseman Dmitry Orlov was finally able to continue his season on Sunday, returning from a 16-game absence with two assists in a 5-2 win over Winnipeg. The Russian blue-liner hadn't played since Nov. 5 due to a lower-body injury. He logged 21:29 of ice time in his comeback game and picked up the helpers on Washington's final two goals, which were scored by Lars Eller and Alex Ovechkin. Orlov had three shots of his own in the contest and registered two blocks and one hit while finishing with an even rating. The 31-year-old now sits on seven points for the season, which have all come via assists. In 14 games played, Orlov has also tallied 29 shots, 31 hits and 18 blocks with a plus-three rating.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
