Leonard Fournette Catches Six Passes In Blowout Loss
2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette (hip) rushed for 13 yards on four attempts while catching six of seven targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 35-7 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. He was out-carried 13-4 by backfield teammate Rachaad White. The 27-year-old was fourth on the team in targets behind only Julio Jones, Mike Evans, and Chris Godwin. He continues to split the backfield with White but was out-touched 18-10 in Sunday's defeat. The veteran back has caught at least six passes in back-to-back games. With Tom Brady checking down the running backs in most games, Fournette is mainly a PPR flex against the Bengals in Week 15.
