Eagles Defense A Top-10 Option Against The Giants
2 years agoThe Philadelphia Eagles defense will go on the road to face the division rival New York Giants in Week 14. Philadelphia's defense got back on track last week after letting up 33 points to the Green Bay Packers the week prior. They held the Tennessee Titans to 10 points, sacking quarterback Ryan Tannehill six times and holding star running back Derrick Henry to just 38 total yards. They will face a Giants offense this week that is very similar to Tennessee's. New York has little talent at the wide receiver position, with multiple injuries to top starters, making running back Saquon Barkley (neck) the focal point. However, Barkley is listed as questionable this week due to the neck injury, meaning Philadelphia could be facing a completely different Giants offense. With New York scoring the ninth-fewest points in the league this season and their top skill player potentially out or limited this week, Philadelphia's defense is a solid fantasy play this week with the potential to finish as a top-three option by week's end.
