Travis Homer Good To Go Against Panthers
2 years agoSeattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said that running back Travis Homer (knee) had a good week of practice and is good to go in Week 14 against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Homer was removed from the final injury report and will be active, and he could be the team's lead back with both rookie Kenneth Walker III (ankle) and DeeJay Dallas (ankle) to be game-time decisions on Sunday. Neither Walker nor Dallas were able to practice all week. If both Walker and Dallas are unable to get cleared for Sunday's tilt, Homer could have RB2 upside if he sees the lion's share of the backfield touches over Tony Jones Jr. or anyone else the Seahawks call up from the practice squad.
