Our injury updates and reports for Week 14 as of Friday, December 9th will give you the latest updates on key guys. As always, some players have more "real" risk to miss Week 14 than others, but things change quickly, so it's important to stay up to date.
Trevor Lawrence, Lamar Jackson, Joe Mixon, Kenneth Walker, Mike Williams, and more are all in real danger of missing Week 14. We have plenty of must-starts on this week's injury list, so fantasy managers should be ready to pivot should things go south.

Trevor Lawrence Injury Update
The Jacksonville Jaguars have listed quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) as questionable to play in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. Lawrence is dealing with a sprained left big toe. He wasn't able to practice on Wednesday and Thursday before returning to a limited session on Friday, but he's still up in the air to play this weekend. The 23-year-old would have a good matchup against a banged-up Titans secondary if he plays, but he could also be less productive at less than 100 percent.
If backup C.J. Beathard gets the start, fantasy managers would need to downgrade all of Jacksonville's offensive skill players in fantasy. The Titans defense would also be a very attractive streaming unit against a QB that hasn't made an NFL start since 2020.
Lamar Jackson Injury Update
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley is expected to start against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the absence of Lamar Jackson (knee). Huntley posted a 35-point fantasy performance last season and has real rushing upside, so his fantasy outlook is brighter than some may think.
The Steelers have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks thus far, and even though the Ravens lack high-end pass-catchers, it's well-known rushing quarterbacks can still pay off. It's unknown exactly how long Jackson will be out but Huntley should be a serious streaming candidate for as long as that is.
Joe Mixon Injury Update
Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon (concussion) cleared the league's concussion protocols last week, but the Bengals held him out in Week 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs as a precaution. "It was a tough conversation because I wanted to be out there and contribute with my brothers... he made that decision, and I had no other choice but to live with it," Mixon said about head coach Zac Taylor.
Mixon put in a full practice on Wednesday and should be ready to return in Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday following a two-game absence. The 26-year-old and the entire Bengals offense was held in check against Cleveland in their first meeting on Halloween night, but Mixon should be able to bounce back and has RB1 potential against a porous Browns run defense.
Kenneth Walker Injury Update
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker (ankle) is officially questionable to face the Carolina Panthers in Week 14. Walker has become a must-start running back and is set to face a mediocre defense against fantasy running backs, so there should be no concern about starting him if he's active, even if he's a bit banged up.
If he's out, DeeJay Dallas and Travis Homer would compete for touches in the Seattle backfield, but Dallas is also questionable for Week 14 with an ankle injury. If both Walker and Dallas are out, Homer would become a solid flex play and an intriguing DFS budget-saving running back.
Mike Williams Injury Update
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams (ankle) is off the team's final injury report for Week 14, and will play against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday Night Football. Williams (ankle) missed Weeks 9 and 10 before reinjuring his ankle in the first quarter of his Week 11 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. He then missed Weeks 12 and 13, but will finally return to the lineup.
After starting off the season as a secondary to target, Miami's defense has settled in as is just a neutral matchup for fantasy wide receivers. That said, Williams is the prototypical boom-or-bust play who can give you 2 fantasy points or 30 fantasy points. That said, his upside makes him a strong WR2/flex play right away in what should be a high-scoring game.
Saquon Barkley Injury Update
New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley (neck) is officially questionable to play against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 14. Barkley has proven to be durable this season after two years of injury issues, but he's back on the injury report in 2022.
Barkley logged limited practices on Thursday and Friday, so he does have a chance to suit up. However, neck injuries are obviously serious, so it could go either way for Sunday. The Eagles are just a neutral matchup for fantasy running backs and Barkley remains a must-start if he's active.
Diontae Johnson Injury Update
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson (hip) is officially questionable to face the Baltimore Ravens in Week 14. Johnson would be set to face a favorable matchup if he plays, as the Ravens have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season.
Johnson's status feels truly 50/50 so fantasy managers should follow his updates up to kickoff.
Amari Cooper Injury Update
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper (hip) is listed as questionable for Week 14 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Cooper is expected to play on Sunday, but he popped up on the injury report on Thursday with a limited session and didn't practice on Friday. The 28-year-old will enter this weekend's game as a very shaky WR2 for fantasy managers. If he plays, will he be 100 percent? How effective will he be?
In quarterback Deshaun Watson's season debut in Week 13, Cooper was targeted nine times and caught four of them for 40 yards. Cooper has had his moments in 2022 in his first year with the Browns and has seven touchdowns in 12 games, but he'll be boom-or-bust in fantasy lineups as he continues to develop chemistry with a rusty Watson.
Treylon Burks Injury Update
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) has been ruled out for the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Although he's just a rookie, his absence affects the Titans' offense in a big way as a whole. The ceiling of Ryan Tannehill is obviously capped without Burks, but Derrick Henry's ceiling could be too.
With Robert Woods, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, and Austin Hooper as top pass-catchers for Tennessee, opponents are not forced to respect the passing attack. That said, Jacksonville will likely load the box all afternoon on Sunday. Woods is slightly on the fantasy radar with Burks out, but he still has a low floor.
Brandin Cooks and Nico Collins Injury Update
Houston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks (calf) is expected to miss a second straight game in Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys. Cooks has missed practice each of the last two days. Nico Collins (foot) also missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday, and he's trending in the wrong direction this weekend as well.
If Houston is down their top two receivers on Sunday, Chris Moore and Phillip Dorsett should fill in and would have flex appeal in deeper leagues. The Texans are going back to quarterback Davis Mills for this one as well. The Cowboys defensive unit in fantasy will be a must-start. Cooks has had a disappointing 2022 with 44 catches for 520 yards and only one touchdown on 71 targets in 10 games.
