Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has been a breakout star in fantasy football under new head coach Mike McDaniel. However, he's battled a ton of injuries in his three-year professional career and picked up more bumps and bruises in the Dolphins' Week 13 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Even a minor injury is concerning for Tagovailoa, as he's missed at least a few games each season. This Dolphins' offense is rolling and his absence would not only affect his fantasy managers, but also the managers of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.

Tua Tagovailoa Injury Update for Week 14
Tagovailoa (ankle) didn't return to the Week 13 loss to the 49ers after he left in the fourth quarter. This left many fantasy managers concerned, but his injury isn't considered serious, and he could have returned to the game if needed.
Ultimately, the game was already out of reach and the Dolphins' didn't possess the ball after his injury, so there's no real concern about his Week 14 status against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Tua Tagovailoa Week 14 Fantasy Outlook
Tagovailoa has become a must-start quarterback as several of the weapons around him can take any reception to the end zone at a moment's notice. Tagovailoa has scored at least 23.4 fantasy points four times this season, including a 40.9-point performance against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2.
Sunday night's contest against the Chargers figures to be a shootout as the game total is set at 52. Both teams have high-powered offenses with impressive offensive weapons, so there's little reason to be worried about Tagovailoa's Week 14 outlook.
The Chargers have allowed the 11th-most fantasy points to quarterbacks thus far and its defense is only trending down in recent weeks. If this game was on the main slate, it would be the matchup savvy DFS gamers target. Tagovailoa, Jeff Wilson Jr., Hill, and Waddle are all strong starts this week.
