The Dallas Cowboys will designate offensive tackle Tyron Smith (knee) to return from Injured Reserve on Wednesday, which will open up his 21-day practice window. Smith won't have any padded practices this week, but his return for the Dallas offense this year would be a big boost. The 31-year-old suffered an avulsion fracture in his left knee in August and will be making his season debut whenever he gets into a game. It's unlikely that the eight-time Pro Bowler will play in Week 14 against the Houston Texans, but he should return at the tail end of the season and could be an X-factor for Dallas' offensive line in the postseason.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
