2 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's meeting with the Cleveland Browns. With Cooks out, expect to see quarterback Kyle Allen pepper receiver Nico Collins with targets, while Chris Moore could see an uptick in usage and has appeal in DFS contests. As for Cooks, he's barely been startable when healthy, and with Houston out of playoff contention, the team might not be in a position to rush him back.
