John Wolford Should Be Left On The Waiver Wire
2 years agoLos Angeles Rams quarterback John Wolford faces a below average Seattle Seahawks defense in his third career start in Week 13. The Seahawks are allowing the 14th-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. They are allowing the tenth-most passing yards per game and the tenth-highest completion percentage. Despite the matchup, Wolford should not be started in any fantasy leagues. He has only started two games in his career, and in both of them his passing yardage was held in the low 200's. He has thrown just one touchdown to three interceptions in his career, and his career average per attempt is 5.74 yards. On top of that, the Rams will be missing multiple offensive linemen and their top two wide receivers with injuries. Rams coach Sean McVay even said that Wolford might not play the whole game. Bryce Perkins could have some playing time, too. Neither of the Rams quarterbacks should be started even in superflex leagues.
