DeVonta Smith Injury News
Smith appeared to emerge from his team's Week 12 win over the Green Bay Packers without any issues as he played on 92.5% of the team's offensive snaps, up slightly from his season average of 90.8%.
When the Eagles began their practices ahead of a Week 13 matchup against the Titans, however, Smith popped up on the injury report as a limited participant with a groin issue. Wednesday's practice report was an estimation because Philadelphia only had a walkthrough session.

Is DeVonta Smith Injured or Playing in Week 13?
This doesn't appear to be a major injury as Smith played almost the entire game in Week 12 and didn't appear to hurt himself at any point.
This is most likely a case of the Eagles being extra cautious with their No. 2 receiver ahead of their Sunday afternoon home matchup against Tennessee.
The Titans represent an excellent matchup for Smith and the rest of the Philly pass catchers as they are allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to wideouts in 2022 and have a pass defense ranked 17th in DVOA by Football Outsiders.
Smith's practice status on Friday will be a good sign as to his availability for Week 13. If he's upgraded to a full session then there is very little to worry about heading into Sunday's games. If he stays limited or is downgraded then fantasy managers may want to add Quez Watkins as a potential backup plan. Watkins has been a sneaky flex option in deeper leagues and should inherit nearly a full-time role if Smith is sidelined.
