Jacksonville is a middle-of-the-pack rushing defense, but this game is expected to be somewhat of a shootout, and Williams should dominate goal line touches once again. There are some fantasy players to avoid that are merely touchdown-or-bust guys, but since Williams is in a top-tier offense and is called upon nearly every time the Lions are in short-yardage situations, the upside is too strong to bench him.
