Aaron Rodgers Will Practice Thursday
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that quarterback Aaron Rodgers (rib, thumb) will practice on Thursday. "As far as how much he'll do, it'll be limited," LaFleur said. Rodgers has been playing through a fractured right thumb, but he also injured his rib in the Sunday night loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Scans on Monday ruled out any significant damage, so Rodgers plans to play through the injury in Week 13 against the Chicago Bears, a team he continues to dominate in his career. The 38-year-old is likely to be getting rookie receiver Romeo Doubs (ankle) back this week as well, so he should have his full complement of wideouts on Sunday. At less than 100 percent health, Rodgers should be considered a midrange QB2 this weekend for fantasy managers.
