Stephen Curry (hamstring) will miss at least one week of action. Stephen Curry (hamstring) will undergo an MRI on Wednesday and is considered day-to-day by the team, ESPN's Ohm Youngmisuk reports. The veteran superstar injured his left hamstring in Tuesday's Game 1 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. After the game, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr sounded pessimistic about Curry's chances of playing in Game 2 on Thursday night. "We don't know yet," Kerr said. "But with a hamstring, it's hard to imagine that he would play Thursday." Curry's injury is a tough pill to swallow, but the Warriors proved on Tuesday that they can cope without him.
Jimmy Butler III and
Buddy Hield spearheaded the offense in Curry's absence. Meanwhile, the situation provides

Stephen Curry produced only 13 points as the team failed to finish off the Houston Rockets on Wednesday night, losing Game 5 131-116 on the road. Curry and
Jimmy Butler III both had zero points after the first quarter, as the Warriors struggled to cope with Houston's high-intensity defense. The two superstars ended up combining for 21 points in the game, with Curry shooting 4-for-12 from the field and 3-for-9 from behind the arc. He had seven assists with three turnovers and grabbed three rebounds in 23 minutes. Golden State's starters were embarrassed on Wednesday, and we should see a reaction from them in Game 6 on home court Friday night.

Stephen Curry (pelvis) is expected to play against the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday. The veteran has missed the last two games after suffering a pelvic contusion in a recent win over the Toronto Raptors. Curry has appeared in 10 games during March while posting averages of 25.0 points, 6.1 assists, 4.1 three-pointers, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.1 steals across 32.8 minutes per game. For fantasy managers, the superstar guard is a must-start anytime he is available to suit up.
