ANALYSIS: Tennessee Titans TE Austin Hooper has produced some solid, if unspectacular, results as of late. He caught three passes for 30 yards in Tennessee's Week 12 loss to the Bengals.
Austin Hooper was an off-season acquisition for the Tennessee Titans at the TE position. Hooper started 2022 in quiet fashion but has made some noise for Tennessee in recent weeks.
Hooper has now tallied at least 30 receiving yards in four straight for the Titans. He's totaled seven catches for 66 yards and a pair of TDs across Tennessee's last two games.
Hooper's recent production won't blow us away, but it is a nice sign that his role is growing in Tennessee's passing attack. He ran routes on 73% of Ryan Tannehill's dropbacks in Week 12 and he's averaging five targets per game over the Titans' last three.
Fantasy managers likely won't be fist-pumping the veteran into their lineups, but experienced GMs know just how tough it is to find production at the always-difficult TE position. Hooper can fill a void for those managers in need of a one-off streaming option or looking for a boost in TE-Premium formats.
