Randall Cobb Finds The End Zone In Week 12
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb caught two of his four targets for 19 yards and a score during the team's 40-33 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The veteran slot receiver returned to action last week after being activated off of Injured Reserve, catching six passes for 73 yards. He was not nearly as involved this week, but he found the end zone and salvaged those who started him in a pinch. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers (thumb, ribs) left this game early, and his status for next week is up in the air. Backup Jordan Love looked good in relief of Rodgers, but it leaves Cobb off the fantasy radar in all but deep 14-16 team leagues next week. The matchup against Chicago is favorable, but Cobb will be ranked as nothing more than a WR4/5.
