AJ Dillon Averages Eight Yards Per Carry Against Philadelphia
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon carried the ball eight times for 64 yards and added three receptions for 24 yards during the team's 40-33 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. It was the most productive fantasy outing for the 24-year-old since Week 1 against Minnesota. Dillon looked like the back we saw at the end of last season, powering his way through defenders and gaining big yardage on minimal carries. Efficiency has not been the third-year backs strong suit so far this season, but he seemed to take a step in the right direction on Sunday night. The Packers may lean on the run game more heavily with quarterback Aaron Rodgers (thumb, ribs) banged up. Dillon has re-entered FLEX consideration and is a usable asset next week against a soft Chicago defense.
